About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide support for Global Sales Reporting, including hyper-care activities, user access management, business partner support, daily monitoring, issue management, and ongoing reporting across multiple regions and functions
- Develop business understanding through documentation, training, and workshops, translating objectives and pain points into processes and technology solutions
- Support communication with business users
- Develop and present training materials to a global audience
- Develop standardized reporting tools and dashboards
- Understand business requirements and acceptance criteria and perform logical functionality testing
- Design and maintain reusable test cases and test strings
- Create comprehensive sprint test plans and contribute to end-to-end test plans
- Maintain UAT status reporting for responsibility, escalation, and execution
- Prepare and maintain validation evidence through screenshots and test-case progression
- Collaborate across workstreams to implement data standards and process improvements using digital solutions
- Apply process improvement, system implementation, and project management skills to deliver solutions and support global transformation activities
- Update and maintain operations processes, desk procedures, and documentation
- Collaborate globally and cross-functionally to understand business processes
- Develop user stories, prepare user acceptance test plans, and support technology deployments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, IT or related field
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in business and process transformation, consulting, and project management
- Experience leveraging Operational Excellence, Lean Management, Design Thinking, or other structured methodologies to implement process improvements
- Ability to work cross-functionally in an internal or external consulting role and execute projects effectively
- Detail oriented, with strong business acumen and experience evaluating financial measurements and project results
- Internal controls experience and knowledge
- Experience with Agile / Scrum framework
- Experience with Google Sheet and Google Workspace
- Experience with Power BI
- Reporting and data analytical skills
- Experience managing end-to-end test cycles
- Willingness to work on night shift at 8pm - 5am PHT
- SQL, Python, data assets, or Databricks experience preferred
- Experience developing training manuals and conducting training preferred
- Affinity with technology and/or familiarity with analytics tools and techniques preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills preferred
- Proficiency in Google applications preferred
