About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead SAP transformation from SRM/ECC to S/4HANA, Ariba, and Central Procurement using clean core principles and Bill of Process methodology
- Plan and execute Current and Future State Accounts Payable workshops and blueprinting
- Collaborate with IT configuration and development teams, business stakeholders, Scrum teams, and PMO activities
- Align and evaluate financial postings and accounts against Request to Pay transactions
- Create and review BOP and IT development deliverables, including features, user stories, test scenarios, and scripts
- Create business process flow diagrams in Signavio following BPMNS 2.0 methodology
- Plan User Acceptance Testing scenarios and write or review Accounts Payable test scripts
- Plan end-to-end test scenarios through Global Ledger
- Review and approve change impact analysis matrices and training materials for MM-Accounts Payable
- Support Agile or hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery approaches
- Report to the Global HQ in Warren, Michigan at least three times per week
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, business administration, Finance, or Accounting with SAP ERP emphasis, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 or more years in a Financial/Business Analyst or Functional Consultant role
- SAP experience, primarily S/4 MM Accounts Payable / Open Text VIM and SAP FICO
- Ideally experience with SAP S/4 MRP, Materials and Inventory Management, Purchase Orders, Contracts, or Scheduling Agreements
- Experience planning and executing Business Process Blueprinting sessions
- Experience with Business Process Flow diagramming
- Experience in Project Management
- Experience with Atlassian Jira and SAP CALM
- Experience with SharePoint, MS Project, and MS Visio
- Willingness to travel 5%
- Ability to learn new processes quickly and effectively
- Ability to interview stakeholders and document processes, requirements, and pain points
- Ability to translate business requirements into system requirements
- Basic understanding of Agile principles in application development
- MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel with Pivot Tables, and PowerPoint, required
- Spanish, Portuguese, or Korean fluency preferred
- Signavio Process Modelling preferred
- Experience with Power BI
- Passion for using AI and ideally experience creating Agents in GLEAN
