About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, build, and implement intelligent plugins and automations for enterprise workflows
  • Execute the HR Automation and AI product roadmap in alignment with HR organization goals
  • Maximize value from Agentic AI platforms and integrations with ServiceNow and Workday HCM
  • Gather and validate requirements with COEs, HR, and IT stakeholders
  • Lead implementation of automations and integrations with team members and stakeholders
  • Conduct technical analysis and workshops with IT and Solution Architects to design AI-agent integrations
  • Test, document, and deploy new plugins and enhancements
  • Ensure security, data integrity, and compliance in integration activities
  • Prepare solution design documents for AI agents and supporting integrations
  • Analyze platform capabilities and propose scalable technical solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or similar areas from a premier institute
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across IT, PM, HR COEs, People Services, business users, and other stakeholders
  • Ability and willingness to play the role of a Business Analyst or closely partner with Project Management
  • 6+ years of work experience on HR platforms with heavy focus on integrations
  • 3+ years of back-end development experience in at least one programming language
  • Strong hands-on experience with APIs and integration technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • General understanding of AI technologies and terminologies
  • Preferred: Certification in Workday HCM configuration or integrations
  • Preferred: Certification in ServiceNow
  • Preferred: Certification in automation technologies such as Automation Anywhere, ServiceNow RPA, Knime, or UiPath
  • Preferred: Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP
