About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

  • Ensure coding standards, design patterns, and maintainable architecture across teams
  • Drive customer experience prioritization for assigned features
  • Foster collaboration across globally distributed engineering organizations
  • Travel 20% to domestic client sites
  • Work under a hybrid schedule of 3 days in-office and 2 days remote

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related field of study, with six (6) years of experience as a Software Validation Engineer, Quality Engineer, or related occupation; OR Master’s degree in one of these fields, with four (4) years of such experience
  • Four (4) years of experience working on benches and in-vehicle
  • Four (4) years of experience leveraging programming to run test cases on bench and in-vehicle
  • Four (4) years of experience launching features with attention to quality testing, debugging, and issue resolution
  • Four (4) years of experience interpreting vehicle architectures
  • Four (4) years of project management experience
  • Four (4) years of experience writing automation code to run on bench/vehicle
  • Four (4) years of experience building and integrating vehicle benches from scratch, including making wire harnesses and power supply
  • Ability to report to the local office under the hybrid work policy
