About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain vehicle configuration and specification tables for order processing
  • Execute specification changes through the formal Spec Change process
  • Own the Startup Program Management Calendar and track launch milestones
  • Represent Order Fulfillment in cross-functional launch meetings
  • Create and maintain pattern orders for Retail and Company Vehicle Operations
  • Analyze and calculate vehicle constraints and validate assumptions
  • Manage vehicle allocations, production constraints, and funding
  • Monitor and resolve vehicle order processing issues and drive corrective actions
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, Launch, and Order Fulfillment teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 2+ years' experience with vehicle operations, order management, production planning, or related fields
  • Experience working with complex systems and datasets
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Must not require GM immigration sponsorship now or in the future, including H-1B, OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, TN, J-1, or other immigration support
  • Must report to the specified location at least 3 times per week, or at a frequency set by the manager
  • Product knowledge of vehicle lines (preferred)
  • Knowledge of VOM and POMS systems (preferred)
  • Experience with Logical Language and VDS (preferred)
  • Field Sales or Marketing experience (preferred)
