Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Typically 8+ years of software development experience, with significant focus on Golang
  • Expertise designing and implementing scalable, high-performance distributed systems
  • Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture principles and patterns
  • Cross-functional leadership and consensus-building ability
  • Group problem-solving experience
  • Proficiency with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies or similar frameworks
  • Expert-level Golang coding, including concurrency, error handling, and performance optimization
  • Software development best practices, Git, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strategic leadership contributing to technical roadmaps and architectural vision
  • Commitment to continuous learning and current industry knowledge
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
