About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, develop, and deploy advanced solutions for state estimation, localization, and sensor calibration
  • Architect infrastructure for validating localization and sensor calibration systems
  • Continuously monitor localization performance on deployed vehicles
  • Build continuous integration components, including regression test suites and simulation scenarios
  • Own tools for prototyping solutions, debugging issues on real vehicles, and accelerating test-infrastructure development
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering groups to integrate localization, sensor alignment, and related capabilities into autonomous vehicle systems
  • Influence technical roadmaps and shape strategic priorities aligned with company objectives and product milestones
  • Work with senior engineers and cross-functional teams on autonomous driving initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's or B.S. in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 2+ years of experience developing and deploying software for real-time applications and/or cloud infrastructure
  • Senior roles require 3+ years of experience developing and deploying software for real-time applications and/or cloud infrastructure
  • 1+ years of background in state estimation and/or sensor calibration
  • Strong software engineering proficiency in C++ and Python
  • Extensive hands-on experience with development, integration, and testing tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Comfortable influencing technical strategy and guiding engineering excellence across the organization
  • AV/ADAS experience is a plus
