Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years leading complex technical programs end-to-end in fast-moving environments (startup, research lab, or high-growth tech)
  • Technical fluency sufficient to discuss ML training runs and hardware integration tests
  • Ability to learn new technical domains quickly and become useful within weeks
  • Crisp, direct communication skills
  • Bias for action and comfort making reversible decisions
  • Strong ownership of outcomes and execution
  • Experience in robotics, hardware/software integration, or research workflows is a bonus
  • Fluency in French is a bonus
