About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the product roadmap needed for deployment of core Physical AI capabilities
- Translate research breakthroughs into deployable, customer-facing products
- Bridge research, robotics engineering, and field deployment to make clear product decisions
- Define customer-site readiness through success metrics, reliability thresholds, and release scope boundaries
- Drive cross-functional alignment across distributed research, engineering, and field operations teams
- Supervise technical POCs and pilots for Genesis customers, partners, and internal projects
- Collaborate with the robotics team on robot, data collection, privacy, and infrastructure requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Track record of shipping technical products where the primary challenge was managing complex tradeoffs
- Deep technical understanding sufficient to read a policy evaluation, understand a sim-to-real gap, and participate in complex debugging sessions without necessarily writing code
- Strong bias toward field evaluation and live customer-floor testing
- Exceptional written communication skills for specifications and decision logs
- Comfort operating with incomplete information in a fast-moving, pre-paradigm field
- International expertise and connections
- Bonus: Prior experience in deployment, robotics, autonomy, or a related domain
