Key responsibilities & impact

Assemble raw parts and sub-assemblies according to operation sheets
Inspect small parts and operate machines to produce high-quality products
Ensure customer requirements are met
Participate in teamwork toward continuous improvement
Perform off-line tasks including downtime reporting, housekeeping, and ordering supplies
Problem-solve to produce high-quality work in sufficient quantity
Rotate through and perform all assigned positions within the department
Demonstrate ownership through attendance, safety, communication, and housekeeping
Follow work instructions and proper safety procedures
Participate actively in team meetings
Perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor

What you’ll need

Excellent attendance history
Ability to read and comprehend English or Spanish operation sheets
High level of hand dexterity and coordination
Ability to perform repetitive grasping, pushing, gripping, lifting, and manipulation of weights up to 5 lbs
20/30 corrected eyesight with color recognition
Ability to stand, remain stationary, and/or move about for 8 hours
Ability to safely perform repetitive lifting up to 35 lbs where required
Ability to safely handle, utilize, and dispose of chemicals in accordance with safety protocols and environmental and regulatory standards where required
Ability to frequently or repetitively bend, reach, squat, or otherwise position the body to load and unload materials where required
High school diploma or equivalent
One year manufacturing experience
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
