About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyse complex business requirements and support the design and implementation of sustainable SAP solutions
Ensure continuous improvement of SAP processes and systems
Support business functions in process optimisation and adoption of SAP best practices
Contribute to functional concepts, solution designs, and implementation strategies
Carry out testing activities, cutover planning, and go-live support
Contribute to international SAP rollout and transformation projects
Prioritise incidents, change requests, and continuous improvement initiatives
Support and coach key users and provide guidance to junior consultants
Collaborate with external partners and service providers
Contribute to the SAP S/4HANA roadmap and future system architecture

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent qualification
At least 5 years of professional experience as an SAP Consultant or in a similar role
In-depth expertise in at least one SAP module (FI/CO, SD, MM/WM, or PP/QM)
Proven experience in SAP implementations, rollouts, process harmonisation, or transformation projects
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA is considered an advantage
Strong analytical, conceptual, and organisational skills
Excellent consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
An independent, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to work
Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken
