About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support capex budget control, including budget adjustment in SAP, investment order releasing, and related capex tracking activities
  • Support budget analysis based on project status
  • Assist with project KPI tracking and reporting
  • Support recurring financial data collection, validation, and tracking activities
  • Follow up on Asia financial projects, including budget controlling, ECO/ECR engineering changes tracking, project actual/forecast/cash flow/profit follow-up, and management reporting
  • Complete ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • College student majoring in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Logical thinking and attention to detail
  • Proactive and efficient work style
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Good English writing and speaking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with SAP is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI/Python is a plus
  • Available to work 4–5 days per week
  • Practical experience in SAP is a plus
