About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the CEO and COO by taking on critically important problems for GetGround
- Own two or three high-priority problems end to end, from defining the question through analysis, buy-in, execution, and impact
- Pull data, build models, and stress-test conclusions independently
- Drive cross-functional teams to ship initiatives by deadlines
- Prepare the CEO and COO for board meetings, investor conversations, and partnership negotiations
- Identify important problems proactively and bring them to the CEO and COO
- Help build the first end-to-end real estate investment offering, making real estate ownership more accessible globally
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 to 5+ years in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, or an operating role at a high-growth startup
- Strong commercial judgement
- Ability to analyze messy situations and identify the key metrics quickly
- Ability to write and communicate difficult concepts in simple, clear terms to an expert level
- Ability to influence without authority
- High tolerance for ambiguity and pace
- Exposure to fintech, proptech, or regulated financial services (nice to have)
- Experience taking something from zero to one inside an existing company (nice to have)
