About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the entire conversion rate optimization program across all user journeys
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to increase conversion lift
  • Partner with paid acquisition to create converting surfaces for each paid sub-segment
  • Direct positioning, copy, structure, design direction, and build path for paid campaign surfaces
  • Run CRO experiments involving pricing framing, hero claims, social proof, and funnel sequencing
  • Own the signup funnel from click through signup
  • Own site information architecture and collaborate with product marketing to make the website a high-converting asset
  • Read paid campaigns, identify leaks across creative, landing page, offer, or audience, and resolve them
  • Collaborate closely with the growth team and use data to determine what converts
  • Map core user journeys, identify friction points, and prioritize experiments during the first week
  • Build and scale a CRO program embedded in Viktor’s Marketing/Growth engine
  • Ship work quickly, talk to users, and iterate based on results
  • Be measured on shipping velocity, conversion lift, and CAC efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–7 years as a growth professional
  • Clear portfolio of wins attributed to you
  • Ability to map and audit user journeys and identify leaks across creative, audience, landing page, offer, or post-click flow
  • Ability to write copy that converts for high-intent B2B buyers, supported by test data
  • CRO rigor, including power calculations, hypothesis framing, and interpreting real test results
  • Strong visual taste; landing pages should not look like templates
  • Operator instinct: able to decide, brief, and launch work independently
  • Founder mentality and ability to build a function from scratch
  • EU primary location preference: Warsaw, Paris, London, Berlin, Amsterdam, Helsinki, Stockholm, or Istanbul
  • NYC secondary location
  • A vertical-LP playbook built from scratch with conversion data is advantageous
  • Experience owning a rebrand or domain migration without reducing conversion is advantageous
  • Experience partnering with founders with strong brand opinions is advantageous
  • Experience scaling a paid funnel through a 2–3x spend increase without CAC increasing substantially is advantageous
