About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own Google Ads end-to-end, including Search campaign structure, keyword strategy, match-type discipline, negative keyword hygiene, Performance Max asset groups, and YouTube allocation
- Run landing page and conversion path experiments alongside advertising work
- Manage Quality Score and post-click conversion
- Establish a weekly experimentation cadence with clear hypotheses and documented results
- Own measurement and attribution, including enhanced conversions, offline conversion import, and conversion modeling
- Build and maintain the keyword, audience, and asset library
- Report weekly on spend, CAC, and pipeline contribution
- Build a culture of excellence across the team’s paid acquisition work
- Audit the account, eliminate poor match types, clean conversion tracking, and ship initial experiments within 30 days
- Establish a predictable, scalable Google channel, documented playbook, and hiring rubric within 90 days
- Collaborate with the CMO and co-founders
- Talk to users from the first day and ship work during the first week
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4–8 years running paid search
- Deep Google Ads experience for B2B SaaS or AI
- Pipeline accountability
- Direct acquisition campaign experience in Google Ads, not through an agency
- Experience managing serious media spend of $1M+/month
- Ownership of media spend and outcomes
- Fluency in attribution
- Experience with GA4 and pixel implementation
- Experience with enhanced and offline conversions
- Experience with server-side event optimization
- Understanding of the full conversion path from ad to landing page to signup to paying customer
- Documented experimentation practice and demonstrated testing wins
- AI-native daily workflow; Claude and similar tools are core to how you work
- Experience leveling up 1–2 year operators
- Experience scaling paid search from zero at a Series A or B B2B SaaS company (even better)
- Experience working on AI or PLG products (even better)
- Experience owning landing page experimentation alongside the ad account (even better)
- Ability to work onsite in Warsaw, Munich, or New York City, or remotely in Europe or US Eastern time
