About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Imagine and define the UX for managing AI employees, including delegation, steering, trust, cost, and oversight
- Ship user-facing product end to end across Slack, Teams, web, desktop, and mobile apps
- Own onboarding and reduce time-to-value from installation to the first real user win
- Identify where users stall after launch and improve activation and retention
- Conduct product discovery, talk to users, shape problems, prioritize work, and write specifications when useful
- Polish product details and user experience
- Build whatever is needed in a small team with a broad product surface
- Work directly with founders, design, and growth
- Use Viktor to build Viktor and iterate based on product performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Shipped a real product used by real people and owned it end to end
- Ability to work across the stack, from React components to APIs and deployment scripts
- Product discovery, UX judgment, and prioritization skills
- Strong attention to detail, including empty states, microcopy, spacing, and edge cases
- Design sensibility and ability to make products look and feel right independently
- Experience talking to users and owning outcomes and metrics
- Ability to ship quickly while maintaining quality
- Agentic coding as a daily workflow; builds with AI by default
- Genuine drive to build products
- TypeScript/React, Python, and Modal experience are relevant; ability to learn quickly is required
- Based in Munich, Warsaw, or elsewhere in Europe for the remote option
- Right to work where the role is based
