About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own product surfaces end to end, including onboarding, integrations, the agent experience, and web, desktop, and mobile apps
- Conduct continuous user conversations and understand user needs, friction points, and product value
- Lead user discovery and feature prioritization
- Decide what to build and refine product details including copy, workflow steps, and pricing-card calculations
- Collaborate closely with co-founders, engineering, and design to specify, ship, and iterate products
- Establish the product playbook in a low-process, high-trust environment
- Ship product work from the first week and talk to users from the first day
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience as a product manager on a product people love, or as a founder performing product management work
- Ability to demonstrate owned product work and shipped outcomes
- Founded something or built like a founder inside another company (major preference)
- Strong product taste and ability to explain product quality decisions
- End-to-end product delivery experience with engineering and design
- Strong user discovery and feature prioritization skills
- Munich or Warsaw, or remote in Europe
- Experience with AI products, agent trust, pricing and packaging, and founder-led product teams are advantageous
