About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in a 12-month trainee program preparing you for a career as an IT trainer.
- Receive professional and methodological-didactic support from experienced colleagues.
- Deliver IT training on learning fields based on the IHK framework curriculum, with a focus on IT Specialist for System Integration training.
- Teach topics including IT workstation equipment, server and client operating systems, networking, virtualization, cloud computing, administration automation, IT security, data protection, and data security.
- Proactively contribute to the development of IT retraining programs.
- Obtain the IHK trainer qualification and participate in online trainer development training.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Reliable and team-oriented approach to work.
- Ability to explain complex topics clearly and an enthusiasm for presenting.
- Strong affinity for and enthusiasm about IT topics.
- Technical background in system integration, for example as an IT Specialist for System Integration, through comparable vocational training, IT further training or certifications, a technical degree, or relevant professional experience.
- Very good command of German, at least C1 level.
- Applications are welcome even without an IT qualification; please explain your motivation for pursuing a career as a trainer.
