Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Advanced professional qualification in human resources, career counseling, and/or social services
  • Demonstrated professional experience in counseling and coaching
  • Good knowledge of the Swiss labor market, vocational education and training system, and social-services system
  • Independent and self-reliant working style
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, along with good IT proficiency
  • Excellent command of German and strong written communication skills
  • Foreign-language skills are an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, a service-oriented attitude, and a sense of humor
