About the role

  • Drive invoice and expense-report audits and reconciliations
  • Assist with special projects and travel arrangements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in an executive support role
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • High client service orientation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized with superb attention to detail and strong ability to execute
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and Salesforce
  • Growth mindset and willingness to embrace latest technology and innovate methods for increasing work efficiency
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proactive and self-motivated; takes initiative
  • Ability to act independently with very little supervision and great work ethic
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
  • Private, quiet space for a home office
