About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to the product vision and roadmap
- Provide the team with direction and purpose
- Consolidate, prioritize, and manage the team backlog
- Support the team in understanding and refining features and User Stories
- Contribute to the preparation of and participate in PI Planning sessions to assess and build Program Increments (PIs)
- Together with the Scrum Master, oversee the delivery of User Stories during each sprint
- Communicate feature releases and measure progress toward objectives
- Contribute to continuous improvement
- Serve as the Product Owner for a Scrum team responsible for the back-office information system components of the carte Vitale mobile app program
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s-level engineering degree or equivalent
- At least seven years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager
- Significant experience leading initiatives within an Agile program, particularly using a framework such as SAFe, is a strong asset
- Experience with mobile applications, digital identity, healthcare applications, or health insurance would be a plus
- Confident facilitating a Scrum team
- Ability to coordinate with other program teams, stakeholders, and external partners
- Strong writing and communication skills, with excellent listening, presentation, and synthesis abilities
- Rigorous, organized, methodical, and self-directed
