About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, and Retrospectives
Plan and track milestones, AWS releases, and team velocity
Manage risks and dependencies across Rails, Kafka, mobile, and ERP/CRM integration teams
Coordinate communication between clients and the team and align stakeholders
Remove blockers and manage scope
Work with QA and Rails leads to ensure code quality and smooth releases

Requirements

What you’ll need

Senior experience managing software projects with multidisciplinary teams
Strong Agile/Scrum practice and Agile metrics, including velocity and burn-down
Risk, dependency, and stakeholder management
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, roadmaps/Gantt, and Slack
Experience on projects with international teams
Fluent English, validated in conversation
