Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and scale automated testing frameworks across unit, integration, API, end-to-end, performance, and regression layers
Integrate quality assurance into CI/CD pipelines, code review, and sprint planning
Select and optimize quality assurance tools in collaboration with engineering leadership
Define and monitor quality metrics, including defect rate, test coverage, MTTR, and release quality
Report quality metrics to the team

What you’ll need

Over 6 years of experience in software quality assurance/engineering
Proven experience designing QA processes and strategies from scratch
Hands-on experience with test automation using Ruby, RSpec, Capybara, Appium, Selenium, and AWS
Experience integrating CI/CD using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI
Direct experience testing AI/ML systems and/or data pipelines, including model validation, data quality checks, or evaluation frameworks for ML/LLM-based functionalities
Strong understanding of SDLC/Agile methodologies and QA integration into sprint-based delivery
