About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and execute test plans to ensure software quality
- Develop and maintain automated tests
- Identify and report bugs and performance issues
- Collaborate with the development team to resolve issues and improve product quality
Requirements
What you’ll need- Manual QA experience
- Exploratory testing on web interfaces, business logic, user forms, and core workflows
- Validate that user actions in Rails correctly trigger events published to Kafka
- End-to-end data integrity verification across RoR, Salesforce, and Sage ERP
- Functional and UX testing across native/hybrid mobile apps on iOS and Android
- Define Definition of Done (DoD) and Acceptance Criteria
- Refine User Stories
- English
- Monday-to-Friday availability from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. New York time
