About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Embed in priority SAP S/4HANA and RISE implementation workstreams
  • Identify and address organizational, workforce, and behavioral implications of ERP transformation
  • Partner with ERP Product Owners, IT, transformation leaders, business leaders, HRBPs, and functional leaders
  • Align transformation approaches with delivery milestones
  • Integrate change, adoption, and readiness planning into delivery
  • Assess impacts of SAP adoption and Oracle sunset on roles, responsibilities, skills, capabilities, ways of working, and decision rights
  • Shape workforce plans, role evolution, and capability-building strategies
  • Provide forward-looking workforce insights
  • Advise on operating model implications of ERP-enabled processes and data standardization
  • Inform organizational structure, governance, and cross-functional integration decisions
  • Help define what should be standardized versus differentiated across the enterprise
  • Shape business-led change strategies and guide leaders and teams through ERP transformation
  • Ensure readiness across impacted populations through leadership alignment, communication, and enablement
  • Connect insights across ERP workstreams, functions, and geographies to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities
  • Enable reuse of approaches, tools, and lessons learned
  • Apply and evolve Organizational Effectiveness methodologies through hands-on transformation work
  • Build repeatable, scalable approaches for embedding Organizational Effectiveness into enterprise initiatives
  • Inform broader Organizational Effectiveness strategy through ERP transformation insights
  • Create inclusion, develop talent, and empower teams as a people leader

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's degree in a related field with 10+ years of experience in organizational effectiveness, transformation, management consulting, or related fields, OR a bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformations; ERP preferred and SAP S/4HANA experience strongly valued
  • Experience working at the intersection of business, technology, and people, translating technical change into organizational impact
  • Strong capabilities in organizational design, change leadership, workforce planning, and operating model development
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and work effectively in complex, matrixed environments
  • Experience partnering with HRBPs, business leaders, and technical teams to drive integrated outcomes
  • Ability to operate with an enterprise perspective across systems, functions, and the workforce
  • Embedded consulting mindset and ability to work within the business to shape outcomes
  • Ability to connect technology change to work, workforce, and organizational impact
  • Ability to engage leaders to drive alignment and decisions
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and evolving transformation environments
  • Ability to work onsite three days per week during core collaboration days
