Key responsibilities & impact

Implement IT tools, hardware, network infrastructure, and maintenance processes that meet service quality objectives
Coordinate with hosting, infrastructure administration, managed services, telecommunications, and maintenance providers
Define specifications, monitor service delivery, renew contracts, and manage calls for tender with the Finance Department’s procurement function
Oversee user support, including assistance, session management, allocation and installation of workstations and telephones, and inventory management
Design, develop, and continuously improve business applications, particularly the Social Platform information system
Gather requirements and prepare technical and functional specifications
Oversee business application development through to production deployment
Ensure the digital accessibility of tools in accordance with RGAA standards
Maintain existing tools
Ensure the IT security of equipment and infrastructure
Help ensure compliance with and raise awareness of the GDPR, in coordination with the Data Protection Officer
Coordinate with the Data Analyst responsible for managing data from information systems
Lead digital transformation initiatives in the social services sector, particularly the digitization of procedures and efforts to bridge the digital divide

What you’ll need

Proficiency in the Windows environment (Windows 7, 8, and 10 workstations plus Windows Server 2019) and Microsoft Office
Proficiency with the PHP Symfony 4, 5, 6, and later frameworks
Proficiency with the Bootstrap 4 or 5 CSS framework
Proficiency with the jQuery JavaScript framework
Proficiency with the PostgreSQL database management system
Proficiency with Git version control, including GitHub or GitLab
Knowledge of RGAA, GDPR, and cybersecurity is a plus
Ability to prioritize urgent tasks and work in a project-based environment
Strong interpersonal skills and initiative
Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and responsiveness
