About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with engineers, analysts, and Product stakeholders to understand impactful business needs and build scalable solutions
- Gain an understanding of product business needs and data sources
- Own the definition, logic, and documentation of product analytics data models with Analytics Engineering
- Manage data requests from product and revenue stakeholders and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
- Drive the strategic product analytics roadmap
- Analyze user activation, engagement, retention, funnels, and product event data
- Design, run, and communicate end-to-end A/B experiment results
- Own and evolve product metric definitions, logic, documentation, and consistency
- Contribute domain expertise and evaluation rigor to the in-house agentic analytics framework
- Help define quality standards for query, analytics, insights, and reporting agents
- Collaborate on AI output evaluation suites and agent improvement cycles
- Translate business intuition into semantic and prompt layers
- Participate in recruiter, hiring manager, assessment, values, and reference interviews
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of experience in Product Analytics, experimentation, and working with product event or clickstream data
- Advanced degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or relevant industry experience
- Expert querying and data manipulation skills using SQL and Python or another coding language
- Ability to proactively drive initiatives with minimal oversight
- Demonstrated interest in implementing agentic AI in a data context
- Actual agentic AI experience preferred but optional
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
