About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own development of organization-wide business dashboards providing insight into company performance, functional health, and execution velocity
- Define, instrument, and maintain important metrics with cross-functional teams
- Design and execute rigorous A/B and multivariate experiments with Product and cross-functional teams
- Advance experimentation methodology, including measuring experience-driven features and managing concurrent experiments
- Build predictive and behavioral models covering segmentation, churn, propensity, and related analyses
- Translate complex analytical findings into decision-ready recommendations for executives and cross-functional stakeholders
- Surface opportunities to apply experimentation and causal rigor across the organization
- Involve stakeholders throughout the analytical process, from question definition through recommendation
- Lead with expertise, build strong processes, and improve team capabilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–8+ years of experience in data science, business intelligence, applied statistics, or advanced analytics
- Master's or Ph.D. in Statistics, Data Science, Operations Research, Mathematics, Econometrics, or a related quantitative field
- Strong track record building business dashboards and insight systems that drive operational visibility and executive decision-making
- Solid experience with experimental design and causal inference, including A/B testing, power analysis, difference-in-differences, and propensity methods
- Strong background in predictive and behavioral modeling, including regression, classification, segmentation, time series, and gradient boosting
- Expert in SQL
- Advanced proficiency in Python, including pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels, and PySpark, and/or R
- Hands-on experience with modern data stacks; Databricks preferred
- Practical fluency using AI/LLM tools for exploratory analysis, code assistance, and documentation
- Understanding of responsible AI use and data governance
- Comfortable working across varied problem types
