About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide strategic and subject-matter advice on Capital Markets, Trading, Treasury, Regulatory & Compliance, and other capital-markets topics
- Lead and assume overall responsibility for complex projects, including those involving Blockchain, Digital Assets, Sustainable Finance, and ESG
- Build, lead, and develop consulting and project teams
- Identify new market opportunities and acquire consulting mandates
- Expand and strengthen existing client relationships
- Further develop the service portfolio and help shape the strategic direction of the consulting practice
- Represent the company at specialist conferences, industry events, and expert forums
Requirements
What you’ll need- Successfully completed university degree (e.g., in business, finance, or STEM) with excellent academic results
- Several years of leadership experience in consulting or the financial industry—ideally with a focus on at least one of the following areas: Capital Markets, Trading, Treasury, or Regulatory
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills and a confident, persuasive presence at C-suite level
- Experience building and leading teams and managing complex transformation projects
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong drive to make an impact, and well-developed professional network
- Willingness to travel within Germany
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
