Key responsibilities & impact

Respond to system-generated alerts and customer-raised issues
Serve as the primary software responder and recommend solutions to the field service team
Perform root cause analysis and resolve issues when possible
Monitor and tune deployed-device performance to maximize robot impact
Support deployment of new devices to the growing fleet
Build tooling that enables the field service team to handle more issues and respond faster
Collaborate with US-based robotics and operations teams
Work with product, engineering, field operations, and customer success

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of work experience on hardware or robotics projects or products
3+ years of work experience with Python, Ubuntu/Linux, Git
2+ years working through the command line for both local and remote systems
English fluency (B2 or higher)
Based in South America / Latin America
Networking debugging
Embedded programming
ElasticSearch
