About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supporting consultants on ongoing executive search assignments
- Researching and identifying potentially suitable candidates
- Analyzing relevant companies, markets, and candidate profiles
- Creating and maintaining target company lists, longlists, and candidate overviews
- Approaching potential candidates individually through various recruiting channels
- Communicating with candidates and coordinating subsequent process steps
- Structuring and preparing research findings and candidate information for consultants
- Supporting the preparation and organization of ongoing search projects
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and consultants
- Maintaining and updating candidate and project information in the CRM system
- Documenting project progress and regularly coordinating with the responsible consultants
- Participating in project briefings and regular team meetings
- Taking on additional responsibilities in the recruiting process as experience grows
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a degree program or available for a part-time position of approximately 20 to 25 hours per week
- Interest in recruiting, executive search, companies, and different markets
- Structured, conscientious, and reliable approach to work
- Enjoyment of research and the systematic organization of information
- Quick learner with the ability to become familiar with new topics
- Initiative and ability to organize tasks independently
- Confident user of MS Office
- Good English skills and the ability to confidently understand English-language profiles and information
- Studies in business psychology, business administration, psychology, human resources management, or a comparable field are helpful but not required
- No prior experience in recruiting or research is required
- Curiosity, willingness to learn, and high standards of quality in one's own work
