About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Research and identify potentially suitable candidates for executive search assignments
- Analyze relevant companies, markets, and candidate profiles
- Create and maintain target company lists, longlists, and candidate overviews
- Proactively and individually approach potential candidates through various recruiting channels
- Communicate with candidates throughout the ongoing process
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and consultants
- Prepare research findings and candidate information in a structured format for consultants
- Support the preparation and organization of ongoing search projects
- Maintain and update candidate and project information in the CRM system
- Document project progress and coordinate regularly with the responsible consultants
- Participate in project briefings and regular team meetings
- Gradually take on additional tasks and responsibilities within the recruiting process
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are currently studying or would like to gain initial professional experience through an internship
- Interest in recruiting, executive search, companies, and different markets
- Structured, thorough, and reliable approach to work
- Enjoyment of research and the systematic organization of information
- Quick comprehension and the ability to familiarize yourself with new topics
- Confident and professional communication skills
- Initiative and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High standards for the quality of your own work
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good English skills and the ability to understand English-language profiles and information
- Degrees in business psychology, business administration, psychology, human resources management, or related fields may facilitate entry into the role but are not required
- No prior experience in recruiting or research required
