Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–3 years of professional software development experience
  • Track record of shipping production-grade code
  • Exceptional candidates with independently built and shipped products may be considered
  • Ability to take features from start to finish
  • Experience designing, building, and maintaining reliable, highly available systems
  • Strong mastery of strictly typed/compiled languages and design patterns
  • Experience with containerized cloud infrastructure, especially AWS
  • Familiarity with event-driven architecture
  • Clean, test-driven code practices, including TDD and CI/CD
  • Ability to use AI tools such as Claude Code for boilerplate and testing while maintaining correctness
  • Self-starter who independently identifies improvements, seeks feedback, and continuously learns
  • Willingness to work across different technology stacks
  • Must be based in Estonia or able to work in Estonia; work authorization/sponsorship requirements apply
