About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead development of accurate strategic forecasts guiding clients toward their goals
Ensure seamless execution of strategies that translate forecasts into measurable growth
Partner with clients on growth and communicate actions and performance relative to forecasts
Represent and advocate for CTC’s media acquisition approach and tools
Collaborate with the Brain Trust for ideas across clients
Manage and align with pod members including Google Strategist, Creative Strategist, and Email Strategist
Maintain client data integrity across Statlas
Execute the Prophet system for clients
Build Growth Forecasts and Growth Maps using the Prophet System
Perform data analysis for Growth Maps
Maintain marketing calendar alignment with clients
Execute daily actualization against forecasts and adjust projections to meet KPIs
Combine data analysis and client feedback to develop strategic plans
Lead obstacle resolution and adopt pivots early
Implement CTC’s Meta best practices and build campaigns using established structures
Manage account ideologies and processes
Monitor active campaigns and adjust budgets and strategy to hit Daily Projected Targets
Implement tests to improve campaign performance
Maintain forecast accuracy within a 5% delta
Ensure daily client alignment on forecasts and strategy
Send daily performance updates and provide weekly strategy-call updates
Contribute learnings, ideas, and improvements across teams and company content
Merge Finance and Marketing inputs into forecasted strategies that help businesses achieve their goals
Lead and collaborate with the team to optimize productivity and performance
Report directly to Joy Sharma, Director of the CTC Accelerator Program
Serve in a client-facing role

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluent in English, with a proven ability to communicate persuasively and present ideas clearly to various stakeholders
Skilled in crafting thoughtful, empathetic client messaging with a high level of emotional intelligence
Strong presentation skills
Strong raw talent for data analysis and eagerness to learn and improve
Familiarity with data tools, including Google Sheets
Historical expertise and breadth of experience in one or more domains, including mathematics, data analytics, business operations, retail, finance, or media buying
Ability to approach challenges with structured thinking and logical frameworks
Ability to dissect issues and propose practical, impactful solutions
Passion for e-commerce
Ability to work autonomously with full accountability
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with great attention to detail
Ability to take feedback and implement it quickly
Ability to achieve certification in the company’s ideology and execute the Prophet system
Willingness to work hard through the kick-off period and develop a high-leverage skill
