Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and configure Salesforce-based solutions using low-code/no-code tools and custom code to meet DHS requirements
Implement and customize Salesforce Public Sector Solutions and Experience Cloud for case management, citizen engagement portals, and workflows
Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Develop and maintain integrations with external systems
Support data migration from legacy systems through data mapping, transformation, and validation
Write code adhering to Salesforce best practices and federal security requirements
Assist with technical documentation for project deliverables, gate reviews, and ATO cybersecurity requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while optimizing system performance and scalability
Support user training by providing technical insights and ensuring features are user friendly and adoptable

Requirements

What you’ll need

Candidates should possess US Citizenship
Candidates must reside in the US
Willingness to go through the federal background check due to the nature of the client
Experience designing, developing, and configuring Salesforce-based solutions using low-code/no-code tools and custom code
Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
Experience implementing and customizing Salesforce Public Sector Solutions and Experience Cloud
Ability to translate requirements into technical solutions, including user stories, workflows, and system features
Experience developing and maintaining integrations with external systems
Experience supporting data migration, including data mapping, transformation, and validation
Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to Salesforce best practices and federal security requirements such as NIST and FISMA
Ability to create technical documentation for project deliverables, gate reviews, and ATO cybersecurity requirements
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance and scalability
Ability to support user training and ensure system features are user friendly and adoptable
