About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner directly with the CFO, CEO, and leadership team on strategic and operating priorities
Shape strategic decisions and own execution across teams
Run the company's operating cadence, including weekly leadership meetings, monthly business reviews, and quarterly planning and goal tracking
Prepare board and investor materials, including board decks, KPI reporting, and investor updates
Lead cross-functional strategic projects for the CEO and CFO, including market and vertical entry, partnership evaluations, and organization and headcount planning
Build and maintain analyses of business performance across verticals and regions, including segment economics, pipeline, and delivery efficiency
Turn business-performance analyses into recommendations
Design and run internal scaling processes, including deal review and pricing approvals, delivery staffing reviews, and international operations
Own unassigned problems through completion

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 to 7 years of experience, including time at a top-tier strategy consulting firm and in an operating role at a venture-backed startup (BizOps, Strategy & Operations, Chief of Staff, Founder's Office, or as a founder)
Ability to build analyses and models in Excel or Google Sheets and work with incomplete data
Clear and concise writing; ability to produce memos and presentations with recommendations and supporting reasoning
Experience driving cross-functional work to completion without formal authority, working with senior engineering, sales, and operations leaders
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to take full ownership of work
Nice to have: experience at an enterprise software or AI company
Nice to have: exposure to government, healthcare, or insurance customers
Nice to have: international experience
Must be legally authorized to work in the US
