Act as a dual-threat resource following EyeMed's SDLC processes, managing both Business Analysis and Quality Assurance

Transition user access seamlessly from LDAP to Active Directory

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5 years of dual experience in both Business Analysis and Quality Assurance frameworks
Strong foundation in software testing life cycle (STLC) activities, test architecture, and data conversion/ETL testing
Ability to write and interpret complex SQL queries independently
Proven success managing test data across multiple environments
Experience using project tracking ecosystems like Jira and Microsoft Office
Exceptional communication, presentation, and documentation skills
Critical thinking needed to prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Direct experience implementing Active Directory (AD) or AD B2C migration projects
Hands-on experience with test automation or performance testing tools
Familiarity with utilizing AI tools for accelerated requirements drafting and test case creation
Background in the healthcare or managed vision care industries, specifically with the Cognizant Facets application
Prior specialized experience in Security Testing
