About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in administering the operational aspects of all card products
- Maintain cardholder portfolios and process maintenance requests

Requirements
What you’ll need- High School graduate or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Working knowledge of card products, credit union operations and best practices
- Advancement to this level requires performance meeting or exceeding expectations in the Card Administration Operations Specialist II position and proven ability to manage increased job responsibilities
