Key responsibilities & impact

Perform interior, exterior, and virtual property inspections as assigned by Management
Determine occupancy status and coordinate with contractors to secure and winterize vacant properties
Inspect and disburse escrow holdbacks, AHFC renovation loans, and FHLMC renovation loans
Interact with Special Credits and assist in collection efforts through property inspections
Post evictions and Assignment of Rents
Quote construction and real estate loan payoffs
Process payoff funds for construction and real estate loan payoffs
Assist as backup for the real estate loan reconveyance process and Reception Desk
Assist as backup for the MSA phone queue during peak times
Assist with audit requests
Perform other duties as assigned

What you’ll need

High School Graduate or Equivalent
Two years’ experience as a property manager, in a property management division of a lending institution, or in a building maintenance position
Six months’ direct experience coordinating, securing, and winterizing real properties preferred
Working knowledge of heating systems and plumbing systems
Knowledge of adequate winterization methods
Knowledge of investor requirements
Valid driver’s license
Acceptable and insurable driving record
Pre-employment and random drug testing
Sound navigational skills preferred
