About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for operations of the Distribution Center and supervision of all Distribution Center employees
  • Lead customer care members and warehouse team members
  • Manage overall client service, financial, and operational responsibility
  • Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Manage inventory levels in accordance with sales demand
  • Monitor warehouse team and all inventory movement in and out of the facility
  • Ensure accuracy of weekly product cycle counts
  • Train, coach, develop, and encourage the local customer care team
  • Evaluate and oversee local vendor relationships for overall best value
  • Work with the local sales team to create the best possible customer experience
  • Handle some Human Resources responsibilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Sales oriented, with a customer-driven mindset
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage all financial and operational management aspects of a multimillion-dollar business
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum of 6-10 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience or military experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis
