About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct proactive perimeter checks to maintain a safe and secure environment
Maintain a highly visible security presence
Monitor and control access to client properties
Identify, assess, and respond appropriately to suspicious activity
Enforce site protocols and security procedures
Respond professionally to alarms, emergencies, and critical incidents
Assist employees, visitors, and clients with professionalism
Prepare accurate, detailed, and timely incident reports
Spend approximately 60–70% of shifts outdoors standing post, conducting perimeter checks, maintaining visibility, monitoring activity, and responding to incidents
Support client locations across Connecticut, New Jersey, and New York State

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experienced Unarmed Security Agent
Valid New York State/Connecticut State/New Jersey State Unarmed Security License
Ability to work assignments in the United States
Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods in all weather conditions
Excellent observation, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Professional appearance with a strong customer service mindset
Proven reliability and strong work ethic
High School Diploma or GED
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Ability to successfully complete all required screenings and pre-employment training
Preferred experience in corporate security, community centers, residential communities, executive protection support, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, places of worship, critical infrastructure, ultra-high-net-worth residential security, access control, or patrol operations
