About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the Product Owner for a technology solution designed for the ICU environment
  • Act as the product’s clinical care expert, bringing healthcare professionals’ perspectives and needs to the technology team
  • Develop a deep understanding of hospital and clinical workflows and translate them into opportunities for product improvement
  • Gather, define, and prioritize requirements and features
  • Build and maintain the backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Work daily in partnership with developers, stakeholders, and other professionals involved in the product
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and monitor deliveries, testing, and solution evolution
  • Validate that developed features meet the real-world needs of the hospital environment
  • Support product decisions by considering user experience, clinical impact, safety, and operational efficiency
  • Lead and guide the team from a product perspective, ensuring clarity of priorities and objectives
  • Work in a dynamic environment characterized by rapid change and the need for agile decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Nursing required, with hands-on experience in clinical care
  • Clinical care experience in a hospital environment
  • Knowledge of ICU routines and related processes
  • Experience with or knowledge of hospital information systems, such as Tasy, MV, or similar platforms
  • Previous experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and backlog management
  • Ability to translate business and clinical care needs into technology requirements
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work across technical and clinical teams
  • Analytical, organized, proactive, and highly capable of making decisions
