Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with functional, regression, and exploratory testing
- Experience designing test scenarios, test data sets, and test evidence
- Ability to understand complex business rules
- Experience with enterprise systems or ERP platforms
- Experience with Jira or an equivalent tool
- Strong communication skills when working with developers, product teams, and business stakeholders
- Ability to structure tests for critical features and legacy routines
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of databases for queries and validation
- Knowledge of or experience with payroll software
- Knowledge of or experience with tax systems
- Knowledge of or experience with accounting systems
- Experience with test automation
- Experience with TestComplete will be considered a significant advantage
- Experience testing legacy desktop applications
- Experience validating import routines, calculations, integrations, and statutory compliance processes
- Knowledge of regression testing in modernization environments
