About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Contribute to the technical development and reliable operation of the internally developed FinOps Toolbox
Support integration, processing, and presentation of cloud cost and usage data
Collaborate with FinOps Consultants, Product Owners, cloud platform teams, and technical and business stakeholders
Contribute ideas and technical expertise to product, architecture, development, and operational processes
Design, develop, and enhance full-stack features across backend services, APIs, databases, and web-based user interfaces
Improve the functionality and usability of the FinOps Toolbox
Translate functional and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable, and secure software solutions
Take end-to-end responsibility for solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and reliable operation
Help develop and maintain microservices-based architecture using Docker and Kubernetes
Contribute to infrastructure automation and standardization using infrastructure-as-code technologies such as Terraform
Understand stakeholder requirements and turn them into product capabilities
Stay informed about technology trends and evaluate their application to the FinOps Toolbox

Requirements

What you’ll need

Professional experience in the development of full-stack web applications
Understanding of software architecture, API design, and interaction between frontend, backend, and database components
Knowledge of software testing strategies, tools, and quality assurance practices
High level of ownership and willingness to contribute to both development and reliable operation
Experience working in an agile, interdisciplinary product or development team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Structured and pragmatic way of working
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical experts, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
Very good written and spoken English skills
Practical experience with Java or Kotlin and Spring or Spring Boot
Sound knowledge of relational databases and SQL, ideally PostgreSQL
Experience developing modern frontend applications using React
Knowledge of TypeScript or JavaScript and common web development concepts
