About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise users on the use of the ITSM tool
- Install, parameterize, administer, and configure catalogs
- Adapt the tool to project requirements
- Create reports and user accounts
- Connect the tool to other solutions through APIs
- Integrate solutions with AI
- Provide automation for environments associated with the CCO
Requirements
What you’ll need- Intermediate-level ITIL certification or higher
- Knowledge of processes
- Knowledge of workflows
- Knowledge of dashboards
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Knowledge of CitsMart, 4Biz, or other ITSM solutions used in the market
- Knowledge of AI and the development of integrated solutions
- Completed or ongoing degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Data Processing, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related technology fields
- Alternatively, a completed undergraduate degree in any field and a postgraduate specialization in Information Technology
