About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Receive onboarding documentation and process the initial employee admission registration in the payroll system
- Issue employment contracts and other onboarding documents and submit them for signature
- Submit the employee admission event to eSocial
- Organize, control, and archive documents for newly hired employees in the HR QL system
- Review new hires and terminations on health and dental plan invoices and adjust records in the benefits module
- Request enrollment in health and dental benefits for employees
- Handle various tickets opened through the 4biz platform
- Update employee records
- Request employee identification badges
- Handle requests related to disciplinary warnings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed or ongoing degree in Accounting, Business Administration, People Management, or Human Resources
- Knowledge of the Sênior system is a plus
- Knowledge of Collective Bargaining Agreements (CCTs) is a plus
- Excel experience is a plus
- Knowledge of employment law is a plus
- Experience providing employee support is a plus
