About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create personas, user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts
  • Develop concrete interfaces and hand them over to the development team
  • Work closely with the development and marketing teams
  • Conduct A/B and usability testing to optimize user-friendliness
  • Identify and implement improvements based on user data and feedback
  • Support other product teams with UX/UI expertise and participate in cross-functional initiatives
  • Work with and maintain multi-brand design systems
  • Collaborate closely with developers and the Product Owner in an agile Scrum team
  • Develop user journeys using Figma and other tools
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of UX/UI processes and continuous product improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in design, computer science, or a comparable qualification
  • At least 5 years of experience designing and developing interfaces for desktop and mobile applications
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma
  • Experience with usability testing, A/B testing, design systems, and data analysis
  • Knowledge of sprint methodologies, such as Crazy 8s, Lightning Demos, How Might We, and similar techniques
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative solutions
  • Willingness to contribute across different areas of responsibility and take on new challenges
  • Ability to analyze existing products and workflows, identify problems, and optimize the user experience accordingly
