About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive AI adoption across the global workforce as part of the AI Governance & Adoption team
  • Lead enterprise Microsoft 365 Copilot training and enablement for more than 7,500 license holders
  • Partner with IT and the M365 team to facilitate workshops, office hours, and business-unit sessions
  • Lead recurring Copilot training, including monthly Deep Dive and New User workshops and Copilot Connect office hours
  • Design and deliver custom workshops from intake and needs assessment through delivery and follow-up resources
  • Drive enterprise adoption programs including the Copilot Roadshow, Power User Insights, and tiered Copilot training
  • Help business users design and build simple agents with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio
  • Ensure governance, permissions, and data-handling guidelines are followed
  • Answer Copilot questions and requests and connect users with relevant resources and partners
  • Maintain and grow the Copilot resource library, including recordings, how-to guides, and Viva Engage content
  • Standardize workshop intake and request processes
  • Streamline and automate manual work as volume grows
  • Track and report workshop attendance, request turnaround time, and Copilot usage trends
  • Promote responsible AI use and scale the AI Governance & Adoption program
  • Communicate with audiences at every level by email, virtually, or in person
  • Stay current on new AI features and share new ideas and perspectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Knowledge of automation assessment, lifecycle methodologies and documentation best practices
  • Automation certification in Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism or UiPath preferred
  • Knowledge of GM Financial or another auto finance company core business functions, policies and procedures a plus
  • Experience with various automation and productivity tools
  • Skilled in the use of low code technology and the development of automation solutions
  • Active listener and strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Proactive in building relationships with business partners
  • Organized and willing to do administrative tasks
  • Ability to use good research, data, and judgment when solving problems or making recommendations
  • Ability to demonstrate integrity in the management of work demands and pressures
  • Ability to continually pursue personal development
  • Ability to operate efficiently within given parameters and deadlines
  • Growth mindset and ability to learn and adapt
  • 3 years of demonstrated experience as a business analyst or similar role required
  • Proven track record of solving difficult problems in an enterprise environment required
  • Experience working with both the business and IT to deliver business value preferred
  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
  • Must not require visa sponsorship
