About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with Agile development teams to build and enhance software solutions
- Gain hands-on experience across web, mobile, API, and data-driven applications
- Attend and participate in Scrum events, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Participate in team or departmental meetings
- Assist with vulnerability remediation
- Assist with building and improving DevOps tooling, including pipelines and static scanning
- Complete the internship program final capstone presentation
- Maintain a production-first mindset focused on scale, uptime, and rapidly triaging and resolving production issues
- Contribute to continuous improvement of Agile practices, product quality, and time to market
- Learn to develop product features for data marketplaces, mobile applications, web applications, and API services
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong written and verbal communication skills; required to give presentations and communicate with business leaders
- Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving, and conceptual skills
- Detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently or in a team setting
- Ability to use AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot
- Skills in evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias
- Experience integrating AI into workflows to improve efficiency or insights
- Familiarity with AI-assisted research, summarization, and content generation
- Understanding of responsible AI use, including ethics and data protection
- Must be a student pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or Statistics
- Must have at least one semester remaining upon start of the internship
- Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4-point scale
- Junior or Senior classification preferred
