About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead discovery sessions with business partners to understand challenges and objectives
Gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements
Define product visions, roadmaps, and user stories for automation and AI solutions
Evaluate and prioritize agentic AI and automation opportunities based on business value
Maintain and prioritize the product/team backlog
Direct and coordinate product development as a liaison between Product Management and Product Delivery teams
Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs
Manage stakeholder expectations and drive adoption of delivered solutions
Align experiences across channels and touch points to ensure the best business results

Requirements

What you’ll need

Thorough understanding of Vision/Roadmap creation, Portfolio/Program/Team Backlog creation, refinement and prioritization
Proficient understanding of XML/JSON based APIs, Cloud Technologies, Service Virtualization, Test Data Management, and Data Driven Decision making
Working knowledge of Agile/SAFe Lean enterprise concepts and best practices
Experience working within a matrix organization and collaborating with business stakeholders, user experience teams, project managers, product managers, developers and others
Ability to define product roadmaps and identify requirements
Servant leader management principles and practices
Ability to deliver product experiences using Design Thinking and Lean methodologies
Advanced interpersonal, verbal and written communication and cross-collaboration skills
Advanced problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Persuasive and negotiation skills
Presentation skills
2-4 years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager on an Agile Scrum team required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Agile Certification (PSPO or CSP-PO or POPM/APM) required
Bachelor’s Degree or additional equivalent experience preferred
Must not require visa sponsorship for this position
